Thanks for the add, and looking forward to gaining knowledge of grill cooking and smoking. I'm small time and don't have much invested in my equipment. 2 Weber kettles. An 18" table top (bought for camping) and a 22" Original Premium. I've used the vortex and the char-baskets so far with decent results, but nothing fancy. Hope this forum helps me to up my game....
