Hi folks, Kevin here, I'm from Canada

My smoker right now is a Cuisinart from Canadian Tire found here http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/brow...1153P/Cuisinart+Electric+Smoker.jsp?locale=en

So far I've tried and failed at beef brisket.

Tried and succeeded at pulled pork, ribs and chops

This weekend I'm going to be smoking 4 7lb butts for a party on Saturday, This will be my biggest endeavour.

I'm saving up for a Traeger...or I'll get one of those amnps but living in Winnipeg not much is locally available to me for the good stuff.
