    Charlie from Boring..(true story)..Boring, Oregon, 97009.

    In order to brighten up my otherwise dull and boring life, I decided to make a curing chamber for cured salami etc.  I have been making fresh sausage for about a year with OK results.  Not spectacular but otherwise OK.  I have many questions and I am sure I will find answers here. I have a pellet smoker, a Traeger that I really like. One of the first ones they ever made. Will step up to a big smoker soon. This looks like a Great place to hang out and I look forward to reading all of whats here.


    And that's the long and short of it.
