Live in Texas.

Smoking for about 10 years.

Just built 2 kick butt commercial size smokers out of commercial warmers.

breaking in the second one this weekend

Toolman.....go to smoking supplies and equipment in the forum section.....in that section there's one called smoker builds....I'd say that be the place. Look forward to seeing the pics.

Just what Hambone said  there are different types of builds, post yours where it fits the best.  Is it a Reverse Flow or Straight  Flow ?
