I live in the Dallas/Ft worth area. I have been bbq for a while I have a Oklahoma Joe that has served me well. But I think its time for me to build a smoker of my own. With my current smoker is not big enough. So I will be searching for plans for bbq. I am going and looking at a decommissioned 250 propane tank. So am sure I will be asking alot of questions.
