I am 39, going on 60 it feels sometimes
as property management/remodeling can take its toll. I have been smoke cooking and have read books off and on for a few years. I have plenty to learn but have made plenty of mistakes too, thus, resulting in my title. I am smoking a turkey today and am using Jeffs brine and cooking methods.....Ill post my results and BTW, Jeff, I like that brine.
Being in NH I am blessed with plenty of Oak and Maple here. There is a good amount of Apple orchards as well. Well, that should be enough for now, I gotta get the fire going
