Howdy everyone, I am a grilling fanatic you might say. I have a Brinkman professional smoker that I modified to give it a more even smoke throughout the chamber. I also have a deep fryer, a four burner gas grill and a hot box which also can be used as a charcoal grill. As far as a skill level all I can say is I have been smokin meats and veggies for around thirty years. Not saying I know everything , but I do pretty good. I have done hams, bacon, fish, peppers, and of course brisket and ribs and pork shoulders and so much more. I hope I can be an asset to the community and learn a thing or two and maybe help some people while I'm here.
