Hi everyone! I live in Australia and I am so glad to have found you. For a long while now I have been thinking about smoking and curing my own meat. My father was a butcher but I have not learned much from him only the odd bit here and there, furtunately he is still around but in his eighties. Right now I am looking around for a meat smoker and this is what has led me here. Hopefully I can learn about them, the pro and cons etc. Hope to make lots of friends here like I have on soaping forums as I make my own soap and just love it. Anything home made and hand made perks up my ears.
