My name is Kjell (pronounced shell) I have a Sausagemaker 20 lb elec. smoker A Brinkman charcoal dome type smoker Weber gas grill and various other charcoal grills Although not a proffesional pitmaster , not an amateur either. Basically I made all types sausages, hotdogs,kielbasy pastrami. dried venison sticks, bratwurst, canadian bacon, reg bacon. smoked fish and chicken roll. Trying to learn ribs, etc and am trying to come up with a taylor ham/pork roll recipe. Hoping to get some tips.
