Seems like an excellent forum. Always learning something new every time I crank up my smoker. Learning from my mistakes, now I can learn from your's. Lol. Use a Masterbuilt electric, plain jane. Trying a remolt sensor. Had smoker for about six months so far. Have smoked chicken, Bologna rolls, pork tenderloins, canned tuna, ribs and steaks so far. No complaints yet but I know I can use some help.
