hello all  been reading alot of use full info on here and just got around to signing up  I'm a hobby butcher and like to try new ideas on different cuts of meat   just built a RF smoker last summer and have been working out the bugs  this site has been real help full and am looking forward to stopping in and getting better acquainted with the smoking world
