Hi my name is Stephen,. I live in North West Louisiana. I've been smoking and grilling for the last 10 years, but have just now perfected my brisket and ribs. I'm finally about to start my own Barbecue catering business. I'm currenty working on building a trailer rig. I'm also a homebrewer. I make my own beer, wine, hard cider, and mead (honey wine). So far they go great together. I also do some wild game smoking like wild hogs, ducks, gator, and what not. I'm always up for learning something new or helping someone with what i know.
