Cooked some (home) cold smoked sausage with grits (made with whey and cheese)

Leftover cooled and cut up, grilled next day with pesto and cheese

Wow! That looks awesome! After my recent dive into polenta I think that grits will be next and this is great motivation! Looks incredible!
