Howdy,

I'm new to the group and am in the New Berlin, WI area (Milwaukee suburb).

I got into smoking a few months ago and love it.  I've made most of the staples so far including pork butt, ribs, salsa, pizza, and brisket. I have the MES30 with cold smoker attachment.  I am part of the MES30 facebook group and they have taught me a lot.  In looking at the forums here, everyone seems just as friendly and helpful.

Besides smoking, I love cooking in general, including experimenting with my pressure cooker. I also homebrew beer as a hobby.  So between all of these hobbies, my beltline is starting to hate me.  Fortunately I also enjoy, hiking, running, and just playing and being active with my girls
