Hello all. New to the forum though have been lurking for a while. Wanted to say thank you to everyone for the inspiration and support. Growing up my father always cooked brisket/ribs/chicken on a side box unit. Finally got my own this past weekend, an MES, and smoked brisket and chicken this weekend here in Oklahoma City. Looking forward to learning more from these forums and excited about firing it up again this weekend. Have a great day everyone!
