Hello all. New to the forum though have been lurking for a while. Wanted to say thank you to everyone for the inspiration and support. Growing up my father always cooked brisket/ribs/chicken on a side box unit. Finally got my own this past weekend, an MES, and smoked brisket and chicken this weekend here in Oklahoma City.
