My name is Jeff and I am a new user to this site. I'm looking forward to sharing my food smoking adventures and learning from everyone here.
I am very new to smoking. My Dad kind of got me into it, but not nearly to the level he is (He converted a commercial sized refrigerator into a smoker. It's pretty impressive!). It I am running a propane Smoke Hollow smoker. And have only done a chicken and a couple racks of ribs.
On a personal note, I live in the the Minneapolis area with my wife, our 6 month old baby girl, and our mini schnauzer. We have been living in the Twin Cities for about 8 years. I work in Minneapolis as an analyst for a money manager and have been in that role for just under 2 years.
