Chicken in the new bradley

  1. I smoked some legs and thighs in the bradley classic. First time using this smoker. Turned out flawless.

    Mixed 1/2 butter
    1.5 T thyme
    1.5 T garlic powder.

    Rubbed under and on top of skin

    2.5 at 250f
