Hey y'all. New member here, been grilling all my life (charcoal and gas) . Making the leap to the slow and low with a new Lyfe Tyme offset charcoal/wood pit. Just got her seasoned today and throwing down a tri-tip and a Boston On Saturday. Should be a fun time smoking all day in 100+ temps!

I'm sure I'll have roughly 1001 questions as I go - one way or another, they're will be some Q-View coming on Saturday!

Thanks! Got a Boston in the pit right now (first time for this one). Got up at 3:45, got her lit up and up to temp by 4:15, the horizon is just starting to lighten up. Perfect morning for sure!
