catering question

    So ppl have asked our team to cater/cook for there events well Idk where to start with pricing?? Have one wants brisket,links,beans,potato salad of course pickles, jalapenos etc.. for 100 ppl what's yalls opinions thanx in advance
  2. Price it buy the pound. Remember to price everything all the way down to the bun.

    Add the cost of everything down to the napkins. multiply by 3 and start there.
  4. All costs should be purchase cost. All billings must reflect material profits and labor costs. Count your shopping time , your prep time, clean-up time and your travel time. Consider your mileage.
