Loved the salsa. I had bought the Mahi a while ago discounted at Sams. It was not very good. It happens. My buddy been trying to get me to try this corn. Slather mayo than parmesan and wrap in non stick foil. I used foil with parchment. Suppose to grill but I just used toaster oven at 400 for 20 minutes. Was not near enough. I think it does need to be grilled. I really need to get off my butt and try to catch some crappie! Probably would not have posted but wanted something for the weekend challenge and I got my hands full trying to do this sausage.
