Looks good. I have found that hickory is the best burning of Todd's pellets so that would probably explain why it worked this time. Whenever I am having problems keeping a certain pellet lit I will mix in some hickory and the problem is solved.
My wife did the stuffing. She wouldnt let me near the kitchen but I could see spinach, feta, cream cheese & tomato. I dont know what herbs she put in but it was fantastic (I could taste oregano and thyme). Garlic and black pepper too.
