Back in July I bought a Chefman Air Fryer/Multi-Function Oven which after 3 months stopped working. Figured it was thermal fuse so googled on how to change one. Took it all apart and found this model has it built into the circuit board and not easy to replace. Had to go through Chefmans exchange BS but finally got them to send me a different model and I actually like it better. It has convection\broil. convection, broil, bake and airfry options.
Decided to try a small prime rib in it. Set to 450 F on broil for 15 minutes to give it some bark then on airfry @315 F for 60 minutes. Came out a perfect 135 F IT after tenting. One of the best prime ribs I have cooked in a long time. Hopefully this Chefman lasts a lot longer. They are cheap but should last longer then three months. :)
