Hey all, so ive noticed that after 30-45 minutes the smoke output completely stops. I've been using the minion method, and fist size chunks of unsoaked wood. I usually do 3-4 good size chunks at a time. As said, after a half hour to 45 minutes the smoke stops completely and I have to add more wood. Any ideas?

Hmmmm if you have a good hot clean burning fire you really won't see any smoke. It doesn't hurt throwing in chunk of wood after about an hour. When you do see smoke is it a thin blueish smoke or thick white/gray smoke?

I'm thinking you're fine. I can only go by what happens in my cooks but I have a big RF so not really apples to apples.
