  1. It definitely is not cooked all the way through. The charcoal hardly reached full temp and dropped often from there. I am attempting to save it by broiling it.   [​IMG]

  2. How long was it on and at what temp. If it was me i'd put it in oven on 225/50 and go for the bend test to save it. Relax it can be saved.
