Hi to everyone, My name is Rick but you can call me Lugz if ya want. I'm out in the sticks about 45 minutes north of Kansas City Mo. I've done a lot of grilling but just now getting into true bbq and smoking. My hobbies include cooking, hunting, ham radio when I get the chance and cutting wood ( ok its not a hobby but my saws are

). Looking into making my own sausage of all kinds at some point and I love making hot sauce and maybe when things are better with the dollar I can market it! Until then I'll just keep eating my work.

Thank you for the welcome! I will check out the E-course tomorrow night before I turn in.
Had the picture thing figured out for the most part. Seems every forum is a bit different. My first post was in Fatties, with pictures

I love the way our valley smells after a good day of cooking, I'd hate to be my neighbors, just imagine the envy and the torture!

Hope to see all of you around later, for now have a good night!
