Just wanted to say hello from So-Cal. Long time eater short time smoker. Bought a 22 in WSM. Smoked ribs a few weeks ago and a tri-tip yesterday. Came out pretty good. Having a little trouble keeping the temp down but working on it.

This is great!

I used to live in the Townhomes by the Royal Buffet on Wardlow between LB Blvd and Atlantic. That was during my days in McDonnell-Douglas. From there, I moved to Thousand Oaks.

Hah! I am in Townhomes over by Paramount & Candlewood. I am like five minutes from the job, hence the location.
