Alright guys, My names Danny, where do I start. I'm from across the pond from a little city called london. I'm 30 years old and have been a professional chef for the last 10 trained in the french arts. I married a Canadian, worked in toronto for 2 years and fell in love with BBQ and smoked meats. I wanna branch out and open a BBQ shack here in london. Its getting pretty popular over here but everything seems to be over cooked, bland and with no depth of flavor. I know I could do better so thats my 5 year plan. I've started Smoking and BBQ seriously the last 6 months and have found my calling. Im a novice and the skills i need to be a master don't get taught in french culinary school so I'm sure you'll hear of lot from me with lots of questions. been to a whole bunch of rib feasts around USA and Canada and maybe love to come over and compete when my shack is up and running. Anyway, good to be part of this and hopefully get to chat with you all soon. speak soon.
