Hi guys,I'm Bobby and live in Pa. I'm smoking with a masterbuilt electric smoker. I know,I dont get any man points for using an electric smoker but I had a half barrel type with an offset firebox and keeping the temp above 220 after 3 hours was a major pain. I'm looking forward to picking the brains of the pit masters here and getting all the advise I can get regarding the MES.
