Hey all, I have been on for suggestions for some time but decided to pop out and say hi. I have A Brinkman smoke and grill converted to propane with an old turkey fryer burner and it works pretty good. Also have A Brinkman gas grill, nothing fancy about that. Looking for an old metal fridge to put A hotplate in as well. Well I am planning next months meat fest and thought I would just say hello. I am marinading some golden eye duck breasts in soy vay's veri teri sauce after beating them up with A waffle hammer for the smoker later. I have apple wood and alder with some cherry chips. Think I will par cook (smoke) them and then beer batter deep fry.
