Hello all. This is my first post. I have been qing for over forty years but have only been smoking for about two. I am from South Louisiana (Gonzales, Louisiana-Jambalaya Capitol of the World). I have been lurking around on this forum for a while but was having problems with the sign up for the forum. An emsil to Jeff cured the problem.
I love to bbq and smoke and also love cooking Jambalaya over a wood fire. Also love fishing and tailgating for LSU football and baseball games. I am looking forward to being with this forum and all the info on smoking tat I can get.
I have a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker, a brinkman ECB, An outdoor Gourmet gas grill and a number of outdoor burners and pot for turkey frying, crawfish boiling and other outdoor cooking.
