OK, I am new to BBQ. My cousin who now is deceased built a smoker for a guy who never paid him. When he died I bought it and moved it over to my dad's home. I bought it mostly to help my cousin(his wife) with the bills and keep something he had built. I have been experimenting a little with it. I have a green egg at my home and do a lot of smoking on it. I'm 41 and a insurance salesman. I have been in the P&C business for 14 years. I have a wife and two kids, daughter who is 16 and son who is 10. Like I said I have smoked a lot on my green egg and just getting to know the horizontal smoker a little. Great site and should learn a lot here. Rick
