Born and raised in Hurley, My father retired from the White Pine Mine as did a whole lot of others I know

Most everyone around here has a connection to the mine or the paper mill. Sad times for both.

Hurley has the best Italian Restaurant ever-The Liberty Bell.

Pizza, Cesar salad, Pressed Chicken and Spinach noodles with Asiago Cheese. Oh yeah, I graduated from high school with the current owner Terri.

Howdy from beautiful downtown Hell, Michigan! Spent a lot of time deer hunting in the Norway/Vulcan area as a teen(70's).

I spent a lot of time in Hell when I lived downstate (Mason, south of Lansing). It was a bike trip every year and the place to take visitors from out of town.
