Been playing around making sausage for about a year now. Had been using my grinder to stuff my sausage,till the kids gave me a 20lb vertical stuffer from Cabelas for Christmas.
We were running low on ground venision in the freezer so I ground up 50 lbs of venision tonight after a double grind I loaded up the stuffer, to fill bags. With the help of my 13 year old son we filled bags.....Can't wait to get the sausage supplies that I have on order...
If the sausage mix works in the stuffer half as easy as the straight venision I'll be happy...
Also I picked up a taping machine to seal my buger bags...money very well spent...
