Hello all. I have been lurking on this site for a couple weeks now and have already learned more than the last two years of smoking on my own.
I smoked my best rack of ribs yesterday after following the advice from this forum. Thanks to everyone and I have become addicted to this site.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.

Welcome glad you signed up, There are a bunch of good folks here with some great advice. Being here sure did jump start my addiction and saved me a lot of money by not ruining food.
