Hey everyone, I am relativley new to the site, I have been searching around over the last month or so and all I have to say is "WOW" what a great site. In the next week or so, I am planning on building my own wood smoker on a trailer. Already have the trailer, and a 320 gallon propane tank and will hopefully start this project in the next week or so. So, I just wanted to stop by "Roll Call" and introduce myself. Talk to you guys soon. Erik,

Thank you guys for the warm welcome, THIS IS GREAT!!!! Still kinda leary on cutting the tank, but I will just fill it with water and cut away. Or, my father-in-law has a hired hand over at his business and I just might have him make the first cut for me......
