PDT_Armataz_01_12.gifHello to all, My name is anthony i am from algonac mi. cooking is a hobby of mine. I love to bbq on my grill, but I am ready to take my bbq skills to the next level. I want to learn how to smoke my food. I am looking at getting my first smoker soon and i cant wait. If anyone has any input I am all ears.

Welcome Anthony!!!!! You'll get plenty of help here. Lots of nice friendly people. Just don't be afraid to ask questions, even if you think they are dumb ones...lol
What price range are you lookin to spend on a smoker????
I use a Traeger and an MES. I love the Traeger, it's very easy and low maintenance. You can check it out here....

Check out the video on the right with Jay Leno and Terry Bradshaw, it's hillarious....

Really just start with an ECB , welcome to SMF and be sure to take the http://www.smoking-meat.com/smoking-basics-ecourse.html! ~ Mine is an ECB with a watt burner in the bottom ! Next get ready for Qview

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
