Hello All, I have always been a fan of Smoked Meat but I have never had an opportunity to try it myself until now I just got the Char-Griller Duo for Christmas and I am very anxious to get started. There seems to be a wealth of information here and I am looking forward to learning all I can.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
