Been smoking for a long time , BUT AM ALWAYS LOOKING TO IMPROVE . I have a Brinkman electric smoker and have become pretty good with it . But JUST LIKE you I want to know all I can and improve my cooking .

Triple B Q = Buddy Burk BBQ

My name is Buddy Burk and I am the BBQ cookoff champion of my Famliy . LMAO .... All of my cousins think they can kick my tail with their fancy cookers but have yet to beat me in the taste tests with family as judges ! I live in Mesquite , Texas and also have a home out in Mabank , Texas

Smoking and or cooking is very hard work and I appreciate hard workers and advice .

My cousins get me all the time with that . They must remember watts add no flavor , only real wood will do that so we do burn sticks as well .

Cajun Texans- I like that! It's sort of funny too because I have 2 links of boudain in the nuker' thawing and got a pot on Christmas for my turkey fryer that I can boil crawfish in. And I had blackened chicken and noodles for supper last night.

OMG I never realized how far I've slipped as a Texan! It just sort of snuck up on me. Keep this up and I'll have to learn French! PDT_Armataz_01_05.gif

Time to whip up another Texas beef brisket!!! biggrin.gif
