I am new here, my mother told me about the site. Just getting into smoking. I bought a Char-Griller Duo Grill w/ the smoke box. It seems to work pretty well for my needs so far. Cant wait to learn more.
 
Welcome to the SMF! Where in Florida are you? I ask because we used to live in Pensacola and FWB.

I'll join the others in welcoming you to SMF. I stumbled into this site a couple weeks ago....now I find myself checking in a couple of times a day to see what I can learn from all these great folks here. Some good food being made I'll tell ya!

I'm looking to get a CharGriller myself. Look around the posts and you'll find some modification suggestions that just make good sense. Don't know about you, but I'm going to learn from the experience here, and make the mods before I use the smoker.

Can't wait for some warmer weather here in Ohio so I can get out and put all this good info to use!

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

First off welcome to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.

It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.
