OK so I'm sitting around the house bored with nothing to do.
Wait a minute thought to self. Why don't you get off your but and make a fattie for lunch.
So off I went to preparing the biggest fattie I've made so far. A pound and a half of ground chuck and a pound of sausage to get me going.
I used the zip lock bag method which worked out beautifully. That's why I come here to learn new techniques.
Then I chopped up one medium potato and through it on there. I didn't have any onions so I sprinkled some dehydrated onions on there as well.
Here comes the layer of mild cheddar. I'm thinking I should have put more in there.
I had some deli style lunch meat "Smoked ham" and through some of that on there plus another layer of cheese. Yep should have put more cheese.
I started to roll this thing up and man was it a big one, the bacon didn't want to wrap all the way around this one. So I had some skewers and used one to help hold it all together.
Here it is hitting the smoker.
I'll be back in a in a few hours with more Qveiw so y'all can see how it turned out.
