I put this together for a contest entry on another site.

First the abts-halved the jalapenos, added some homemade canadian bacon and the cream cheese along with some crushed pineapple.


All finished up


For the fattie I bought some pineapple bratwurst and cut them out of the casings, rolled out the meat and added some rice and pulled pork. And drizzled with teriyaki


Cooked up some teriyaki veggies for the second layer


Then added a second layer of pineapple brat and the veggies

Wow .... you are the king of the double decker fatty!! The ingredients used are top notch, and completely out of the box when it comes to originality. I hope your fatty won the contest!

Thanks for the compliments, it came out great. Nice flavor combo.

Wow! Now that was not only a beautiful fattie (and that thing is gorgeous) but those ABTs looked perfect.

That's a heck of idea for a fattie looks damn good too. I am really liking the abts too I am going to have to steal that idea if you don't mind

Steal away. That is what this place is for. I have "borrowed" so many ideas from here. It is only right if I show what I have done so someone else can try it too.
