I have a couple of whole Tenderloins marinating in the fridge....do i need to wrap them in bacon? or can i just do them without? i dont want them dry...any advice?

Thanks, Jason

Not sure you "need" to but isn't everything better with bacon

and it would pretty much assure you that it wouldn't dry out

What temp doneness are you looking for?
If medium or up I would say definitely bacon, if med-rare to rare you wouldn't need it but as Piney said...

Like piney said what doesn't go good with bacon. But no you don't need it unless you want it.
