I'm New To Smoking, Etc. I Have A Brinkman Smoker That Didn't Really Work Too Well, So After Letting It Sit Unused For Two Years, We Modified It By Drilling Holes In The Charcoal Pan To Allow More Air In. I Smoked Some Meat For The First Time Yesterday And I'm Hooked! Love This Forum
