I took out a turkey from last years turkey shoot and I figured why not smoke this weekend... Nothing else more important to do on this wonderful Sunday. I have it in right now with some apple wood chip and a water pan filled with a mixture of Pineapple juice, Orange juice, and Water. I lathered it up with some Mustard and some Italian Seasoning and Black Pepper.

Sorry this update is very late but let me tell you... This was the ebst turkey I ever had in my life!!! I picked up an electric knife at an estate sale and worked better then I could ever imagine... I got it for only $4.
