TQ question

I'm making some beef jerky this weekend and for the life of me can not find the ratio of TQ to meat on here. Please help, the bag has it listed in grams and I don't have a scale.

I don't use TQ in my jerky, but when using it for curing hams and bacon, etc., the recipes call for 1 TBS of TQ PER pound of meat.
