All right, this is the third time Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ve signed up!!! Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]m making my own smoker out of an old Hobart upright freezer that is going to cost me more to fix it than I want to spend on it. (and I really donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t need a freezer, but I do need a smoker!) I work on restaurant equipment so I know how to make it and have all the parts, but if anyone has any pointers, it sure would be appreciated if you could shoot them my way.
