I too just joined yesterday. Great site. Too bad I have to work all day. So much stuff to see and read.
My smoker came with my house it a old brinkman bullet. I'm thinking of coverting it to natural gas and I found the link www.gassmoker.com eairler this morning right here.
The most I've smoked at on time was 50lbs of porkbutt for pulled pork. (for my daughters high school graduation) I just can't get the heat up high enough though. Tha's why I want to convert it or maybe buy a new one.
Well anyway glad to be here.
