Every day lately the Food Network had something about how Cheetos are made.

It got me thinking, hmm, cheddar cheese, and corn.
So I bought a bag tonite.

In the smoker at 110'.

I think I need to check in somewhere for rehab.

Well, then I'm not quitting.

They came out crispy. As usual I couldn't taste the smoke.



Thanks Dave.

All done and crispy. Put a dash of cayanne, Carol said they were too hot. Oh well a little beer to wash them down later, more for me.

To hot? cheetos can't get to hot can they?? YUMMY!
Perhaps a little shake of Smittys then on the smoker....great idea especially with football season coming around....

OK.. So I guess I am confused here.. Did you make your own Cheetos or did you just buy a bag and then throw them on the smoker for a while or what.. SORRY I guess I am just a little slow!!!

I have not done a twinkie yet, I know the do though.

I just bought a bag and smoked them. It was in the very first post.
