Hey all,

I have made my first fattie!!!
I am so sorry, about my lack of q-view, but my camera will be back from the geek squad next week. I promise to make this one again. It was awesome.
For those of you who don't know pittsburgh is full of good Polish kids that know how to make sausage.

and a Yunzer is a good pittsbugh kid.

The Pittsburgh Fattie

1.5 lbs. My own ground kielbasa (a little courser than what I would stuff.)
homemade mashed potatoes
american cheese
sour kraut
sauted onions

standard fattie proceedure.

I don't want to give away too many details before I redo the fattie with q-view. I will include the sausage recipe too. But I couldn't wait to tell someone.

I am a fattie addict!

From one fellow 'burgher to another - Yunz sounds like a good piece of work!! Next, what about a Primanti fatty??
