This was the best fish spread I've ever had!!

I had about a whole filet of salmon left over from Saturdays smoke. So I bought some cream cheese, onion, celery, lemon, and had some Cystal hot sauce. Busted up the whole filet , chopped up the onion and celery, into a large mixing bowl and mix with the cream cheese until it's a nice firm consistancy, you can add some mayo if you want a "looser" spread, then squeeze in some lemon juice, and that's it.

Refrigerate and put on a cracker with a dot or two of hot sauce and enjoy!!

i am gonna have to try that next time. i will prob smoke a fillet just for this and not sprinkle brown sugar on it like i usually do. only thing i could add to Solars spread would be fresh dill. salmon and dill is one of the best one two punches ever IMO. thanks Solar, gonna try that!!!

Your welcome.

You'll love it!! I didn't think about using dill, but I agree they go together really well.
